Project Overview

The Petronet LNG Corporate Office project involved the design and implementation of an integrated Enterprise Collaboration Ecosystem for the company’s new headquarters. SI delivered a unified AV platform connecting executive boardrooms, conference rooms, meeting spaces, director cabins, the auditorium, reception, and collaboration areas to support seamless communication and hybrid working.

The enterprise AV-over-IP solution integrated LED displays, 4K video distribution, enterprise video conferencing, wireless collaboration, room scheduling, digital signage, professional audio, and centralized background music into a standardized, centrally managed infrastructure. Every space was designed to provide a consistent user experience with intuitive operation, high reliability, and seamless interoperability.

What did the client want to achieve?

The client required an integrated platform combining enterprise video conferencing, AV-over-IP distribution, LED visualization, wireless presentation, digital signage, professional audio, and intelligent room scheduling. The solution was designed to support hybrid meetings, executive discussions, training programs, and corporate events while simplifying operation and reducing management effort for IT and Facilities teams.

SI delivered the complete Enterprise Collaboration Ecosystem for the Petronet LNG Corporate Office, including system engineering, supply, installation, integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, user training, and final handover. The implementation covered executive boardrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, director cabins, the auditorium, reception areas, and collaboration spaces.

The scope included AV-over-IP video distribution, LED visualization, enterprise video conferencing, wireless collaboration, digital signage, intelligent room scheduling, professional audio, centralized background music, and integrated room control systems. Equipment rack integration, structured AV cabling, DSP-based audio optimization, control programming, firmware validation, and end-to-end system testing ensured reliable performance and seamless interoperability.

SI worked closely with the client, consultants, architects, MEP, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution.
